MORE FOSTER DOGS

Foster dogs are coming and going. Princess went on a trial adoption....and came back 2 weeks later. She was not being very nice to the potential adopter's other dog. Princess, Princess, Princess...

What are we going to do with you?

So cute but so full of attitude

While Princess was gone Blue came. He is a husky/ border collie mix.

So friendly and has the most stunning blue eyes.

 Blue was adopted within 2 weeks

Now we have another foster dog, Prince. He's a poodle / shih tsu cross.

I still  need to get a picture of him. He has been here a couple days and will be adopted within a couple days, so for this week I will be fostering both a Prince and a Princess!

Foster Dogs

Weve had a parade of foster dogs that I haven't blogged about in 2011 and so far in 2012.

There was Gopher the shepherd cross in the fall of 2011

 Then Max the corgi/ shepherd cross who spent most 2011 with us. It took a year and 16 applications before his perfect home was found and it was so worth the wait!

Then my Lucky came. I tried to resist but once again I couldn't and I officially adopted him in early 2012. Another "failed foster"- just to dangerous for me to foster eskies!

Then I did a few short term fosters: Roxy the doxi cross

and Blackjack the border collie cross with the really short legs,

followed by Benji a terrier mix with striking light  blue eyes.

 Now Princess, a shih tsu cross (with attitude) lol. She is currently on a trial adoption. Fingers and paws crossed!

And now I await my next foster dog. Picture to come soon! Yes we've been busy!

WOOF- I'M BACK

Hey it's me Casper. I'm back after neglecting our blog for quite some time. So much has happened. We are still fostering dogs for New Hope Dog Rescue. Foster dogs have come and gone to their new homes. Our foster dog Lucky came and stayed. I'll post a picture of him soon. Then for awhile we did temporary fostering which is fostering dogs for a short time while their foster homes go on vacation. Cotton especially loves that as he gets a steady stream of new playmates.

We are still doing agility and Cotton is learning rally-obedience. He's not so good at heeling though, but he is working on it. We will be back soon with some more recent pictures of  us and our recent foster dogs.

I just grabbed 2 of mom's sushi before she caught me! Yummy! I think she should buy sushi for me instead of dog food. Sushi is so gooooood!!!!

We hope that this "adventure" company involved is prosecuted. We are hoping that they recieve enough bad press that it puts them out of business!
