There has been another pet food recall! So get your people to check out your food to make sure it is safe to eat.

On Sept 12/08 Mars Pet Care in the USA recalled a number of dog and cat foods due to possible salmonella contamination. It is for the USA only and includes some of the following products:

Paws and Claws
Pedigree
Pet Pride

Red Flannel
Retriever
Special Kitty
Wegmans

Krasdale Gravy dry dog food
Red Flannel Large Breed Adult Formula dry dog food

Momma is very upset at those dog food manufacturer's for not making dog food that is safe for us doggies to eat. She has now changed us to a premium brand dog food called Orijen that is made fairly close to here. It has human grade ingredients made from locally produced chicken, fish, and eggs. Of course she always also gives us leftovers from her supper too! Yummy!
